📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Local Delivery:

When choosing the option for local delievery, we will come together communicate with one another about the time & location. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary by location:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers.

💸 Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
